ACS phone calls at my job. rude people

I just received a call from ACS Affidavit Consolidation Services and I am very angry at this time because the caller kept saying I have to pay day $200 for a pay day loan and yelling on the phone. I hung up the phone and he has been calling every minute and I am at my job. I am just thankful that this did not happened earlier with co-workers and clients around. I will take some kind of action against these people.

File a complaint with the FTC, BBB and your AG. What was the name of the pdl? This 'so called' collection agency obviously isn't legit or they wouldn't be harassing you at work, this way. Don't speak to them when they call, hang up, give them NO ONE to argue with, the more you talk to them, the more they will call. Even better, tell them you are no longer employer there.
