I just got a call from a CSC Lawyer firm or some one stating SSM is going to sue me and that I should have been served with papers as I had filled out an application on line and that sufices as agreeing for a loan. Well, 6 months ago or so my bank had me fill out forms as they scam people and blocked them from doing anything with my bank account.
HOW stupid....I gave no one permission to do anything and this started off of an ad through Montel Williams and he is on the original page and then 1000 more companies who do pay-day loans have tried to get me to go with them. I filled out a lot before on line with my info included but no one went and took what they wanted out of my bank.
Anyone else experience this?
