Hello a few months ago my husband and i took out a pay day loan for 150.00
every 2 weeks a payment of 45.00 come out of our account i have called them
with questions but the people refuse to tell me anything because its in my husbands name
he works long hours and does not get in in time to call its frustrating and the people seem to be rude and useless is their any way around this? please help

I would advise you to close your bank account and open a new one. These company is illegal. If you want, send them a letter stating that since they are illegal in the US, you are not bound to pay them a dime more than the actual amount owed.
