hey guys, I would like to send out a cease communication letter to Chase Bank, they've been calling non-stop 10 times a day for the past week and would like for that to stop. Could you give me their address? thanks.

Well, I'm not always home and my family (including children) answer all the time and tell them I'm not home then they say they'll just call back. It's not that I'm hiding from them, they call in the morning 5 times when I'm at my first job and then in the afternoon another 5 times while I'm in my part-time job, I feel bad for my family.
Then make it a point to call them every other day in the morning
Then make it a point to call them every other day in the morning early. Or tell the kids not to answer the phone. However if you send such a letter, they will probably start a lawsuit against you.
