Allied Interstate is calling 4 times a day. If we pick up they refuse to give their address so we can send a c and d. Suggestions?

Next time they call tell them that until you receive a debt notification via mail, as required per federal credit regulations, you will disregard their calls. Also, that until such notice is received, they are NOT to call you; that you will save your messages as proof they are violating the law and you will contact consumer affairs attorney; and then hang up.

I did that recently with a collector calling about a payday loan from 2009. Haven't heard from them since.

Good luck.
