Allied has many offices all over the country, each dealing with different types of debts. You would need to contact the office that is contacting you. Sending it to one office will not suffice....their data base is not company wide due to government contracts they service. So if you send a DV on a credit card to the Minnesota office where they service student loans, they would have to clue as to where your account is as it would not show up in their database.
