Funny . . . 1st National Bank claims on its website to have three ATM's at the Lowell Avenue address . . . all in the offices of AMG Services - which according to its employees' lawsuit is the lender we're talking about here.

These companies prey on desperate people who foolishly take out payday loans. Yes I can also confirm that the Overland Park address is the address. In fact the following "companies" are all located there:

Ameriloan
One Click Cash

There are two more but I have since forgotten them.

I believe they use the Miami address to get around certain laws on usury.

Making money off of unproductive loans....I suppose they might easily say that it is the responsibility of the borrower to read the contract but they are masters of psychological deception.

For an example of the practice of usury at its best they charge a $90 loan fee for a $300 payday loan! This is absolutely outrageous. Also they are simply betting that people misread the contract and are late in calling them.

The fat cats at this company simply have no conscience. Isn't it rather fishy that they would use an Oklahoma address when they are really located in Kansas?

If a corporation is based on an Indian reservation they get special tax benefits. I used to live in KC, and I can say they are all one company, I knew someone that worked for one of them. They just have to lie and say they aren't one company. I highly question the intent and business practices of this company.

I beleive they are the same company...same type or appplications and the works...i had a loan with both of them....paid one of them off with no problem....let's see if this next one is just as easy...
