Need a fax number for WorldWideCashNow

I just sent off my e-mail revoking everything with EZPayDay Cash and will fax it to them also but does anyone have a fax# for WorldWideCashNow? I am getting ready to e-mail my letter revoking everything but would like to fax it also.
Does anyone have any legal info on if a company is legally required to provide you with loan documents? This is the company that says I agreed to everything verbally in a recorded conversation. I am going to request a transcript from them of our "agreement" but I have previously called them an requested everything in writing and they say this is not available. Any ideas? I am going to try and finalize my letter today and get the e-mail sent.
