Allied Data Corp keep on harassing

They think I am going to send them three posted checks at one time!! Not..I closed my checking account to keep this from happening from anyone ever again. They said I did not make the first payment..not so..it cleared my back on 13 jan..they are up to date. And they harrass the fool out of you..that unknown caller deal.I never answer it anyway......anyone else have that problem with them?????????? :evil:

I don't know whether you had signed any agreement when you started paying them. You have made the first payment, but can you prove it? Do you have any document that they received the money? If you do, then dispute it. Send them a dispute letter mentioning the item that you disagree with. You can forward copies of all the evidences that you have.
Also add one section in the letter stating not to call you any more and inform them that you would prefer to be contacted through correspondence. Inform them that you are willing to pay but you need some written document first. Otherwise how can you defend yourself if they make any unfair claims in future?
