If someone is using your debit card without your knowledge, he can have an access to your SSN from your name, address, date of birth. On the occurrence of such a case, you should inform to local police, sheriff's office and with BBB, FTC also. Once you file your complaint, local police where the crime occurred will investigate and if the thief is caught, will be taken to court for legal proceedings.
