I had a defauly judgement entered agianst me in the state of VA, I was living in arizona at the time and never served. This was news to me till I went to renew my drivers license. The judgement was entered in 1994, would SOl apply?

The SOL on judgment can last up to 20 years and get renewed every 6 years.

I will suggest you to contact the clerk of the court and get the copies of the court document. As you are just now aware of this judgment and were never notified about the court hearing, you need to take these steps immediately. Review the documents very carefully. It might have some information that is incorrect or missing. You can overturn the judgment if you can prove that the court did not give you the due process.

Its been 22 year's already . They can still renewal this? It has never shown up on my credit report. Because the state of Arizona requires a ssn now for drivers license's, a computer check came back as ineligible from the DMv of the state of VA. I contacted them and thats the only info that the state of VA. could give me.
