I received from sonic pay day in my office a demand for pay in full is my company refused for make me the discount is legal.


My emplyer received the demand. I never sign in person for the declarations of wage i doing everithing by internet.my employee refused the discount to me this money,he talk me i need to make arragement directly to sonic pay day.i dont know is legal is my employeer refused to discount directly from my paid ck.

jjdl2266, have you read the thread above in the post of Ben.

You will come to know the legal requirements of wage assignments. Your employer received the demand without you being notified earlier. This is a violation of the law. You have not signed the assignment which adds more to the breaking of the law.

Any wage assignment that is not signed in person and you are not given a copy of this contract is actually a fake document and an illegal way to collect money from your paycheck.

Explain your employer that this wage assignment is illegal and send a notice of defense to him. This way your money will not go into the wrong hands.

Revoking the wage assignment should be done in writing. A sample letter to revoke it is placed in Ben's post above. Send your letter through certified mail with return receipt requested. This will help you to know the date on which they received your letter and you will have a proof of it.
