I have two accts on my credit report that were included in bankruptcy, discharged in 1999. The creditor was still reporting them as delinquent in 2005!

And there is another one, that the same acct is listed under the original creditor and by a collection agency. Do I dispute one of these listings?

Do you still have the docs of what was included on your bankruptcy? If so, you should contact all three reporting agencies, indicate on your credit report of the discrepancy and then notify the creditor. dispute both.

Also try calling the creditors. I did that with one that was not showing as being included in my bankruptcy on my report and they had it noted on my account that my bankruptcy was discharged in 2003 but somehow my account fell through the cracks. THANKFULLY, since they had it on my account, it was easy to get that fixed on my report. However, you should be able to send your discharge statement as well as which creditors were included in the bankruptcy to the creditor and they should fix it. It might take a while for them to cycle off the report - but it's well worth the wait.
