I am about to have my ch 13 bankruptcy dismissed but I would still like to continue paying the companies but in another program. I have already caught up with my mortgage and my car is paid off, so I no longer need bankruptcy protection; but instead of filing chap 7 on the remaining bills, I would like to continue paying them. Can I come to you all? The amount of them is about $15,632 and they encompass about 20 creditors - some range as little as $40 and another as $5100.

Hi

Welcome to the debt consolidation care forums. You can consolidate all your unsecured debts in this program and make your repayment process easier.

After all your accounts are paid off to the creditors, each account will be shown as "Paid in Full" in your credit report and you will be able to acquire your credit worthiness.

This program will consolidate all your debts into one loan amount and the consultant will negotiate with each creditor to reduce the financial charges, late fees from the total amount. Thus, you will be offered to pay the reduced amount and this will help you in reaching a debt free zone quite comfortably.

You can enter for a free counseling offered by the trained consultant and know your various options on your repayment. Hope our services will help you in achieving a debt free0 life quicker.
