You can try with the banks, they usually have loan services, but I'm not sure how it would work if you have bad credit, they can be quite finicky.

They will let you know what is needed to approve the loan For example - over 90 days late on a credit card, show a) that it is current or b) show payment arrangements have been made and are being met.
