I just received a call from 500 Fast Cash

I just received a call from 500 Fast Cash and they stated did not have to provide a letter of validation since they were not a 3rd party collection agency and that I needed to get my bank statements and look that up myself.
Does anyone have any suggestion on how to handle this company. I am thinking of sending them another letter stating I am unable to pay anything until I receive a letter of validation. When I do a search on their phone number all of these companies come up? Does anyone know who they really are? My paperwork is for the Miami OK address.

Hi Htgt123
Welcome to the forums.
Creditors are not legally required to validate the debt as stated in the fdcpa laws.
Refer to the agreement deed signed with them and request for a financial statement showing the complete mode of payment.
After they have given you the complete details of the accounts, you can make a payment arrangement with them. Keep negotiating with them until they have given you the details you requested.
Regards
Roxette
