Midland is a joke.Send them a dv letter and pull your credit reports.They almost always violate fdcpa&Fcra,so keep a good record of all your documentation. If you have papers showing paid in full,send them a copy with dv letter. They are a PITA to deal with,but almost always violate laws that can equal cash in your purse.
