Luis Martin called this a.m. from United Processing Services out of Florida. He had previously called my job yesterday and when I told him I wasn't there he asked to speak to my manager. He threatned me this a.m. to come and arrest me and that he was filing papers with the Court and said that he was putting a public notice in the paper with my name and social security number saying that I took their money and ran with it. Then another guy from the same company called and started yelling at me. He says that they represent Midland Marketing, Crown Lending and Bahamaas something which I never even took a loan out on them. I don't have my account numbers for these companies so I don't know what to put on my letter. I asked for something in writing as to how much I supposedly owed and he said he could only fax it. I am not allowed to have personal faxes at the office so that made him more ticked off. I told him that the U.S. Attorney's Office as well as the Attorney General's office are 2 floors beneath me so I would have them take me. He didn't like that. What needs to be done next? Thanks.

My son just had a similar experience with this same company. He called his banks to see which one had supposedly sent him to collections and neither had. They were uncooperative when he asked to speak to a supervisor because he couldnt understand their english which infuriated the caller even more. How can we find out who has sent him to collections?
