I have several payday loans that I couldn't keep up with the payments. I'm in Florida & they were all over the internet. My question is are these legal co because I know some in Fl are. here is my list
* Payday-loan-yes (I think they bill under cashnet peels ? not sure) but I've paid $90/$90/$90
* one click cash (paid cashnet pfeels $300/$90)
* impactcash.com (paid $325/$90/$50)
* united cash loans (paid $90/$90/$90/$90)
* these I've above I've made payments on but :
* cashnet loans( that's what it says on my bank statement $200)+ 2 loans $350 & 300 Impact cash Payday loans)
- I honestly haven't paid anything on these last 3 pdls. I closed my account & opened a new one. Are these last 3 pdl's legal. I feel I've overpaid my prior pdl's I just can't keep paying anymore.

Well im new to this, but im also in Florida, from what I've learned on this site these companies are operating illegal because there not licensed. In Florida there not allowed to roll over a loan which means your only responsable for repaying the original amount of the loans(so they have already broken the law, by charging you to extend the loan) Also they are not allowed to issue you more than one loan as you posted Impact Cash did, so they to have broken the law also. I went to my bank closed the first account and reopened another one and ask the bank not to allow any ach debts to that account, then I sent all of the companies certified letters with return reciepts revoking them form any phone contact with me or my employer and also revoking there rights to debt my account, (close your account first or they will hit it up for every penny they can). From what I've find out is most of these companies will back off once you show you know the laws of your state, just keep fighting them and keep asking questions on this site, these guys on here are great they have help me alot and im sure they will do the same for you, just two weeks ago i was you, now so far 3 companies have settled my account as paid in full

I have gotten myself sucked into the onlie payday loan trap. I have 6 outstanding loans that are partially paid off. My bank account is over $1000 negative from fees and all that and now they are calling and emailing threatning to come to my employer and garnish my wages. I am trying to set up payments with them so they stop debiting my account but most of them do it anyway. WHat are the steps I need to take to get this going the right direction so I can pay these off and not get any further in with them? Thank you so much for any info, have a blessed day!
