over my head with investment property

Hi,
I rode the real estate wave and lost big time. I have 3 condos not including my house that aren't worth what I paid for them. On top of that, I'm a real estate agent and haven't made a commission in over a year. My husband has been supporting me financially but we're about out of money. I'm in Florida and don't know what my options are for filing. I have the condos rented out but go in the hole $1500 a month not including the back taxes and current taxes owed. What should I do????

Do you mean filing a chapter 7 or 13 BK. If you do you may loose your condss, etc. You may want to consider a debt consolidation program. If you would like, someone will be along with more info. for you. Relax, we have all been there and you have come to the right place. They are debt counsolers here that will point you in the right direction.
thanks
Hi kelly Luke is rite. Why dont u consider debt consolidation
Hi kelly
Luke is rite. Why dont u consider debt consolidation? Bankruptcy will stay in your report for 7 to 10 years. It will not only lower down your score but will make it literally impossible for you to obtain new credit for almost 2 years.
