Please refer to your original cash advance agreement which states: "1. I understand that Geneva Roth Capital is licensed in the State of Utah and operates it business within the State of Utah." You signed the cash advance agreement and were clearly informed that your entire loan would be governed by the laws of the state of Utah. Your current balance due is $328.00. You will be contacted by a representative of Geneva Roth Capital to set up arrangements to pay your past due balance. If you would like to contact us, we can be reached at 1-800-351-8820. Thank you, Rebecca West Geneva Roth Ventures |

I'm dealing with Loanpoint USA-Geneva Roth Cap. $300 loan was taken by me in April, Loanpoint keeps taking out $90 every payday for a total of $810 from my account to this date. I filed a complaint with Utah bbb, as well as Kansas regulators where they are really located. Geneva will continue to debit your account until you close it. I sent letters to stop them from debiting my account, and they ignore.
What they don't know is that they broke Utah law on debt term limits (loan CAN NOT be for more than 12 weeks), and rollovers (CAN NOT have more than 4). If you have taken this loan more the 12 weeks ago, You are not obligated to pay it, because you have over paid!!

I got suckered into their scam also and they have only gotten a few payments out of me thank's to your information. After I contacted them with the number I got off here they sent me another scam agreement to sign, so watch out and don't be suckered into signing it. :D

By the way, if your in need of some quick cash I have used this service twice before and like all payday type loans they are more expensive but if you can not repay right away they have loan terms and not scam terms. "think cash" is the name, just type it in yahoo search.
I borrowed $500.00 and with minimum payback they are high priced but you can pay off quicker for much less and they do not rip you off...
think cash
Dont get sucked in to any of the quick cash companies. Think Cash is no different than the other PDL's and we're all trying to get OUT of this hell...not looped into it with another company. DONT DO IT!! I've gone the Think Cash way, too. They're the same as the rest. Trust me you're better off without any of those loans!! I'm still trying to get out of my hell.
