I live in Florida. I want to pay all of these companies back on their terms but there is no way in the world I can continue to juggle my bills and pay these payday loans at the same time. I have up to $500 overdrawn from my bank account every month.

1. Soniccash.com 300…..was 80 per month
2. Cashamerica.net 376…..76 per month
3. Unitedfashcash.com 390….90 per month
4. Paychecktoday.com 390….. 90 per month
5. Cashnetusa.com 1,267… 267 per month
6. Cashcall.com 2,600 (payday installment loan) 216.55 per month 4 yrs term

I have only paid interest on these loans.
I am concerned w/ wage assignment/garnishment and calling my boss or hr office.
Do I call to stop all debits from these companies on my account today? Bank of America
Do I call the lenders and try to work out payment arrangements first?
I’m afraid that the lenders w/ the larger amounts may not work w/ me.
Do I handle the lenders differently or all the same?
Will any of these lenders work with me on the first phone call.
I can only pay about $50 a month on each. Thanks!

Cash Net USA is a CSO in Florida, so those laws wouldn't apply to them. They are operating legally.

Cash Call isn't a payday loan, so those laws wouldn't apply to them either. They are a bad deal, and I don't think there is any way to get out of it besides paying it off.

Cash America.net? Is that the name? Because Cash Net USA also uses that name in some states . . . . It may be the same company.

Sonic is known for doing wage assignments.

sorry i didn't log in-i'm piercelt, i posted the question as guest...yes i saw the sticky about cashcall and how i need to stick with the terms i've been given with them because they are not a pdl company....

also it is CASHADVANCE.NET - sorry about that not cashamerica.net....

i'm kind of confused about cashnet, i saw in one post because they are a cso or with the cfsa that they have to work with me a payment arrangment, but then i saw a post that said they are not really registered as payday loan company (or something to that effect)so they don't have to do payment arrangements

(Q1)will sonic do a wage assignment on $300?

(Q2)also, what is up w/ the T&C since langhorne doesn't do business in florida...do you recommend them for pdl help???

sorry about all of the questions but this is interesting....(Q3)so is it true that according to the florida laws that these pdls companies can't come after me but for the principle and if i have paid any rollovers then that can be applied to the principle???

i have been with all of these except for sonic since july 31, 2007

THANKS SO MUCH FOR RESPONDING TO MY POSTS...IT MEANS ALOT TO ME...I HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF THIS BUT I MAY BE IN FOR ANOTHER MONTH B/C MY PAYCHECK IS DEPOSITED INTO THIS ACCOUNT AND IT IS TOO LATE TO CHANGE IT...ALSO I HAVE A BONUS COMING IN THIS ACCOUNT ON 11/5 AND TOO LATE TO CHANGE THAT...IT SUCKS BECAUSE IT WILL ALL BE TAKEN BY PDL COMPANIES AND MY REGULAR BILLS AND WLL PROBABLY BE OVERDRAWN AGAIN..PAYDAY IS 10/31 AND THE 3 DAY DEADLINE HAS PAST TO DO ANYTHING. I WISH I WOULD HAVE FOUND THIS SITE EARLIER-BUT THERE IS HOPE! :)

Cash Net USA - They are operating as a CSO in Florida, so the pdl laws don't apply. But - They are a member of the CFSA, so you may be able to get them to do an extended payment plan. Just be sure to ask them about it before your due date.

Sonic has done wage assignments. There is a chance they will try it on you.

T&C is a debt management program. They will deal with payday loans and other unsecured debt. You pay them monthly, and they disburse the payments to your creditors. Many here have used them with success. It's really an individual decision on whether to use them or do it yourself.

Don't worry about asking questions - That's what this site is for! :D

Excluding the CSO (because the pdl laws don't apply) yes, any fees paid to roll the loan over should be applied to the principle.

Have you talked to the bank yet? The bank may be able to put a hard debit block or a freeze on the account to not allow any debits. That way your paycheck still goes in, but nothing can come out. You would then have to go into the bank in person, have the hold removed, withdraw your money, and have the hold put back on. But then you would get your check!

:D Yes, yes, yes, I spoke w/ t&c this morning and I feel so much better, but I know that feeling can disappear in a flash???????I was like what about this pdl and that pdl and they were like we got you covered since we have worked w/ all the ones you have listed???????I am sketpical, but I have read so many peoples testimonies on this website???????I am going to get a hard debit block applied to my account for these companies but i????????m keeping my fingers crossed as I expressed earlier???????I just wonder though???????.even though t & c contacts them and works out a deal???????

1. do I need to call them or write them for anything ????????the pdls?
2. will they still try to contact my job or my references or even me?
3. will they still try to debit my account in the future?
3. or is it basically a done deal once t&c works with them

Please let me know if you know anything on this???????.you don????????t realize how much this means to me. I hope everything works out for me and everyone in these situations???????I surely don????????t want to get into this anymore???????I will beg my family and friends for money if I need it in the future!!!!!

Please keep me in mind ???????? thanks guys!!!!

I haven't used T&C myself, so I can't say for sure, but I'm pretty sure the companies will continue to contact you. But when they call, just refer them to T&C and hang up.

They will still try to debit your account. The hard debit block isn't for specific companies, it's for anything. So you would no longer be able to use the account. You will need to open a new one at antoher bank. It sucks, but it's a must.

i know the company trying to debit will

Just be careful - They will probably tell you to just put stop payments on the pdls. That won't work. The pdl's will just use another name or amount.

If the bank will do an ACH block that would work. The bill pay stuff is through your bank, right? So it's not an ach transaction.

But unfortunatly, you will have to open a new account. There really isn't a good way to stop the pdl's and save the account.

If you do a hard debit block nothing will go through. Only credits.

Some banks call the different things, so it will depend on the bank what phrase they use. Just tell them that unauthorized activity is going on and you need to block any ach transaction. This will only work for a short time though, just enough time for you to get any bill pay stuff switched. The pdl's will put through paper checks after they realize that ach's are blocked.
