They are threatening me with an arrest, at my workplace and will not stop calling! From reading other posts, I know that I need to send certain letters that will allow me to make payment arrangements, unauthorize them to debit my account (which I already closed because they were bleeding me dry) and to withdraw any wage garnishing permission I may have given them. BIG QUESTION IS: None of the 3 will give me their mailing address! They email me, call me and threten BUT will not disclose their physical address! How can I send the appropriate letters that will allow me to protect myself if I can't find them. Does ANYONE know where these three companies are located? Are they licensed in Florida even?

I would not worry about the others too much. They are illegal operations. They are not licensed anywhere. I would not pay a cent to a company without a physical location to mail it to. Why should you pay a ghost. No address, no payment. They can't arrest you or garnish your salary. Florida is a non garnishment state anyway if you claim head of household status. Just hang up on them. Payday OK has a pretty good record of settling. They are the same as Payday select from what I have read. They have even given refunds to disgruntled customers.

I closed my bank account because of UCL, but I don't know what I should do about sending everyone letters. Does anyone know what the state laws are in FL. regarding payday loans. Some guidance would be much appreciated. All of my loans have been paid back the total amount that I borrowed and then some but I didn't realize that they only renew and then they start taking out the principal with interest after that. This whole thing has me very confused. Please Help!!
