this is a nightmare. i called my bank, and they told me the would charge a fee and force the account open..I call social security and they are going to mail me my disability check.. i called one click cash.. told me that i have to be in default 3 months before they will make payments .. what a mess

i called both one click cash, and cash net usa.. Should i send what my loan was for. or do i need to also pay their fee.. i already paid my loan on one and a little less on the other..? the lady at one click cash told me if i couldn't pasy in full i had to renew it.. the one at cash net usa said she would make payment plans till it was in default for 3 months.. thanks for help.. karen

Cash Net USA acts as a CSO in Florida. That means that they do not have to follow the laws posted above. They are charging you legally. Federal law mandates that fees charged by a CSO cannot be considered as interest. So you are paying a huge fee, and only 18% interest or something. But they are 100% legal, and can take steps to collect on the debt.
