Here is my dilemma. I am from New Jersey and now live in Tampa Bay. Sunday the Giants will be here to play the Bucs in the NFC East Wildcard Game. I have been a Giants fan since Frank Gifford played for them. I have been a Bucs fan since I moved here. Actually a little before. Whose side am I on!
I know that everyone is saying that it is going to be New England and Dallas in the Super Bowl but the Giants proved to me the the Pats can be beaten even though the Giants came up a little short. The pressure to win is great after an undefeated season. Everyone now expects the Pats to bring home the title. The Colts can not be ruled out, or for that matter, no team should be ruled out. They did not get to the playoffs by being inferior.
My Frog on Friday question to you is who do you want to go to the superbowl? I will leave the what are you eating question up to Volleyball Mom! Please don't go there.

PATS FAN!!!! How are you? Congrats. You know that your season was extra hard on me, No longer will be be able to wait with the champaign bottle.. :( But, just like Ladanian breaking Hornung's points record, it had to happen...And I'm really proud it took 34 years.

As for the bowl..I think Indie is the only team that can stop the Pats, so that will be it. As long as Indie's defense is healthy they will do it, it doesn't matter much about offense here..Peyton can make things happen with high schoolers!! Anyway, Addai is healthy, and that's what you need..A good running game//To whip the pats. As for NFC, Sorry Frog, but Eli stinks and will choke. I think there will be no one else but Green Bay, only because T.O is most likely out in Dallas.

Frog, looks like T.O WILL be in, and Terry Glenn too. I still think you're right about the Giants, though..And Vegas odds are right now with us by 3. As much as I like Romo, I really think he overachieved all year. We'll see. I'm drooling to see the Pats lose, though...They stole my undefeated season!

man o man is Green Bay nuts right now. I just got back home about 2 hours ago and the people!!! I know it gets busy with the games in town but man :x Thank god I don't live there anymore. I will be staying FAR away from there tomorrow lol I will be watching the game at home and keeping my fingers crossed that Favre doesn't screw up. I would love to see the cowboys lose big time

oh crap oh crap oh crap....The Chargers got away with holding way too many times!! It's not that I'm that upset about Indie losing, I'm not the biggest Indie fan, but they were the only ones who stood a chance of beating the Pats next week..The Chargers won't be able to. (Of course, if Indie won and played next week like they did today they wouldn't have done it either!!!) All I can hope for is the NFC team to kick the Pats in the Super Bowl, and none of them stand a chance. I can not share the Dolphins 1972 season with the PATS!!!!!!!!

Well, I am glad I am not going to the packer game. The wind chills are supposed to be -25 to -35 for the game. Heck they said on TV today that during pratice they were using footballs that they had put in the freezer  I am NOT going to run to Green Bay for anything this weekend, besides it being so cold, but there are going to be TONS of people. Gonna be a hermit this weekend lol. GO Pack!!!

Little bit of history for you all..Back in 1965 Vince Lombardi BEGGED the Packer owners to install an underground pipe heating system to keep the field from getting too nasty. However, one day in 1966 (a colder day even than the legendary ice bowl on Dec 31 1967!!) They realized that the slick field was to their benefit..So after that they used that heating system as little as possible...Then they installed heated foot rests on the benches on the Packers sideline! I bet they still use those!

yep it was pretty cold. Last night we took a ride up to the cabin and the truck said it was -12 outside  And people were riding their snowmobiles  Sorry 10 min. of shoveling was enough for me last night. I just hate the -30 wind chills, you have to turn your heat up to about 72-74 just so it feels like 68 and if it is really windy you get cold just hearing it lol. I saw how red Bretts face was at the end.I know all to well what frostbite feels like, and it isn't fun. especially if it's on the face :?

$7500 that is if you can get them! Season ticket holders and the team get about 90% of the tickets...the rest go to the secondary sellers, like the folks that sell the $7500 nose-bleed seats  Of course, there is a public lottery for a very lucky few.

When the Raiders went to the Superbowl in San Diego a few years ago, we had season tickets and got our tickets to the SuperBowl for just a couple-hundred $.

Someday...
My husband has promised me a weekend trip to Hawaii for the Pro Bowl for our 15th. I can't wait...Only 5 more years!! LOL, we went to the pro football hall of fame for our honeymoon, then out to Lambeau then over to Pa to tour Frank Lloyd Wright's falling water. That was a great trip...

you came to Green Bay for your honeymoon :? Did you get the the packer hall of fame while you were here? Now there is a huge statue of lombardi at the entrance to the stadium. Guess you will have to get back here and get your pic. taken with it  We did have a good season, so I guess thats all we could ask for. But OMG everyone was all hung over and soooo crabby at work today cause we lost. It sucked for me, because my work partner was one of them :? She told me she thought she was still drunk. SO if you are going to buy a snowblower or lawnmower make sure it wasn't built today lmao cause you won't want it

Puddle...I can symathize with your co-workers. Even though I do not drink..I was sooo upset that the Packers didn't win...I think it gave me a headache. I was glad I did not have to work on Monday. I watched the games with my son and he said "Mom you get too emotional over a game." Probably so...but I still would have loved to see the Packers in the Superbowl...maybe next year???
