I thought I would parallel Volleys record breaking thread.
I hate liver and holding egg salad in front of me is like holding a cross up to Dracula. Back, no, stay away! I'm melting!
Todays Frog on Friday question is: What food makes you want to absolutely gag and is definitely not for dinner in your house.

Oh man I am so picky I could give you 20 pages.

I'm with Tali - can't stand seafood. And I hate how everyone tells me "when's the last time you tried it, you never know- you might like it now." So I started telling people I'm allergic just so they can't tell me that.

Also I highly discriminate against condiments. I don't like ketchup, mustard, relish, onions, tomatoes. I order everything plain.

I'm weird with boiled eggs too..They never seem done enough. I really fear eggs in general, though..One time I was at a restaurant in Kentucky for breakfast. I ordered eggs over easy, and when I put my fork in them blood came out. That was really bad.

I have a hard time with hot dogs unless they are loaded with mustard, relish, lots of onion and maybe some cheese. I don't like the texture of them, and I prefer all beef.

Blood in eggs??? Wow i've never heard of that before!
I can't eat jello or drink sprite... it reminds me of being sick! Shudders at the thought... must be from childhood, a blocked out memory??
And my hubby is the worst about if i don't like something he harasses me to try it over and over like i'm gonna suddenly like it! Drives me insane. If he doesn't like something i don't hound him to taste it again and again!!!
Also, i don't hardly, if ever, eat beef. It's just so heavy for me and doesn't sit well with my system.

I love beef!! I try to eat a lot of protein. I can't stand a lot of hamburger in something, though. That's why I can't do anything like stuffed peppers or meatloaf. If I have a casserole recipe that calls for a pound of hamburg, I use less than half a lb and replace the rest with brown rice.

I don't like mountain dew. It's too sweet, and it never seems cold enough.

Fins...you sound like my brother...he hated mac and cheese and would do all sorts of things in order to not eat his peas at the dinner table. I remember one time he put his peas in his pocket and threw them in the toilet! My parents were firm believers that you should eat everything on your plate! But because oysters were expensive Dad never made us eat them!

How's this for a nasty meal..A few weeks back we went to my in-laws for Saturday lunch. Ok, they are very wealthy, but you would never ever know it..They give new meaning to the word cheap. Anyway, you would think they would feed us nice, but oh no..This is what we had for lunch..Boxed potatoes au gratin, to which she added canned ham. California mix..I hate lima beans, no one likes them. And freezer burnt rolls. It was awful. She always cooks like that! I refuse to go to their house on Friday during Lent..She makes fish sticks, and they are always soggy. At least at my house during Lent I'll make grilled cheese and french fries.

eeww...I agree that is gross!! Reminds me of my ex inlaws too...I remember the very first time they had me over for dinner....they made Lamb pocket???? I hate lamb anyway and this was stuffed with somekind of hamburger mix that tasted like medicine!!! It was all i could do to choke down 1 bite and then move everything around my plate till it was over...I did manage to get down the COLD potatoe and veggies she served with it. Yuck!!!! I always claimed I was dieting any time we had to eat there...then I could stick to the salad...which for them was just lettuce and tomato and the veggies...she used canned so other than over cooked they weren't bad.

Seafood. Yuck to all of it. Liver. Grossest crap ever. Clam chowder. Ugh. Cooked vegatables. Gross. I like raw vegtables. Tuna has to be the nastiest crap in the world. Cabbage. Yeah, another nasty one. Onions. Yuck.

OK..I am with the tuna hater crowd....Hate the stuff, won't let my people eat it. I can always tell if someone has had tuna in my house. When hubby has to pass pt he eats alot of it...I make him wash the can with soap and water before he throws the can away and wash out the sink and pour baking soda down the drain

Ya know i can't eat onions or peppers or pickles in potato salad or chicken salad... THere's just something about biting into the crunch that grosses me out! And i'm total opposite of Cannr, i dont' like some uncooked veggies but LOVE em cooked... not sure why...
Seems if i like them cooked i'd like them raw!

My father was grew up in a clam digging town and I love all seafood. There is also a red clam chowder the does not look like snot. I hate lima beans. That is pretty much all I can think of. How about this one. I once ate spaghetti with squid ink. I draw the line at cracked sea urchin though.

for those of you who haven't noticed--Volley is gone now and hasn't posted for more than a week-- becuz of no support from many of you out there (when she didn't agree with a select few who try to ramrod this sight)she has much knowledge in the banking world and was always very kind and supportive to all she responded to-- and --I myself will miss her terribly and thank her now and always-- for always thanking me for speaking my mind instead of going along with the little groupie deal that often happens here-!!!

It does stink when a member does not return for one reason or another. I can think of many members that have gotten busy in their lives, or for one reason or another choose to stay away. I am curious - what support did she not receive? I wonder where this community failed to help her out. I also have a question about this "ramrod: of the website you seem concerned about. What can I, or other members do, to resolve this? What examples can you show of improper activity on this forum?
