garnishing social security wages....
Date: Mon, 03/20/2006 - 11:48
Is it possible for an entity to garnish my grandmother's social security wages to collect the difference not recieved from the sale of her home which they forclosed on? We have heard both yes and no and I would appreciate it if someone could actually direct me to a reference point I may be able to find online to confirm the answer either way as I have yet to find anything. Thanks in advance for your time!
