MY HUSBAND AND I OWN A HOUSE JOINTLY IN LOUISIANA. CAN AN OUTSIDE CREDITOR FILING A LIEN AGAINST MY HUSBAND FOR HIS BUSINESS, ATTACK THE PROCEEDS WE WILL RECEIVE UPON THE SALE OF OUR HOUSE?

If the creditor has imposed a lien on your husband's house, then he has the right to get some money from the sale proceeds.

I think you're asking if someone filing a suit against your husband's business could end up getting a lien on your house.

It depends on the way his business is structured. There are business types that would proclude a person's personal items from being part of a business lawsuit.

You should talk to an attorney.
