I'm trapped in the payday loan cycle

Help.I am 39 years old and my son and I are living on Social Security widow/survivor benefits. I got a flat tire on my car 3 months ago and now I'm trapped in the payday loan cycle. I have 6 loans out now and I can't pay them anymore or we will be on the street. All were storefront,some have a post-dated check.Will I go to jail?I live in Texas.

No you will not go to jail, and don't let them tell you any different! PDL's are a civil matter, not criminal. They can sue you. You should consider debt consolidation. Now that you have registered a counselor will contact you to discuss your options. Best of luck to you!
