hi my name is kristine smith and i have an account with ya'll and it comes out of my checking acct every other week. i am trying to contact you so that i can pay this off so you will stop taking it out of my acct please email me to let me know what to do send me your phone # to call and set up some kind of arrangement to pay the bill off please as soon as possible.
