cant get out of Payday Loans

Hi, I live in Washington state. I have 3 payday loans out currently. it has been a cycle where as soon as i pay them off, i have to take them out again, because other bills are going to bounce. im revising my budget, but see the next round coming, and its not going to change any time soon.
I realize i got myself into this, but i am sick of paying 300+% interest on these loans every 2 weeks, without an end in sight.
what are my options? if i could have a month or two to pay them down, i could pay them off completely. I dont imagine they are going to be too receptive to that idea, however.
