Your phone company may assist you on this. There is one code available. Press *69 to know the crank calls coming from unknown sources. You may have to pay a small fee to the phone company. By using this code, it is possible to call back the unknown number right after receiving the prank call in order to identify the caller. Sometimes, you might get the line busy, you will get a call back with a distinctive ring to let you know when you can get through. When you pick up the phone, it automatically dials the number for you. These are special access codes. You can get more information from the phone company.
