What does THD/CBSD stand for on my credit report

I think it may be a collection agency reporting in your file. Can you call the credit bureau at their toll free number and verify this? I will also look if I can find any info.

I have that on my report and it's for a store charge called The Home Depot.

If I recall correctly, Home Depot uses Citibank for their credit cards, which would explain the CBSD entry as well.
