Harassment

I continue to be harassed by the NASTY staff at Superior Asst Mgmt! They call and call and call for someone who we don't know. I've tried to explain it, but they are so rude and nasty and won't accept my explanation. Their number is 800-896-3406. How can I get them to stop? I've also reported them, but nothing has happened.

Send them a cease and desist letter and also state in it that you are not the person they are attempting to contact nor do you know how to contact that person. If they continue after sending the letter (send it certified with receipt required) Then file a complaint against them.
