What is going on with this comapny,can you tell us what the scam is or wha kind of debt you have with them?

Always remember, when you are getting a loan from any legitimate company, you are not supposed to send any money upfront for getting approved. If any company charges upfront by asking for some free insurance, it is a possible scam and you will need to be alert from them.

Union Financial Services has also done the same thing. They have asked people to send money before getting approved for the loan. People gave all their personal info and sent the money. After checking the account and not finding the money deposited in the bank account, many put their complaints with the legal aids. Needless to say, they are still having a run over on this issue.

Be cautious with this company. Don't give out your personal info. If you really are in need of a loan, go to your bank if that is an option.

I gave these guys $500 Western Union on Friday. I am now really in a mess now because I still have payday loans that are going to go into default.

So, what are you thinking now? You need to be proactive. I will say that you should close your checking account and report them to your AG's office. This is the only way you should stop them from doing any debits in your checking account.
