Commercial advertising on TV for PDL companies

If they got the money then the television stations are going to accept it and put their advertisements out there because the storefront pdls are not doing anything illegal. They are licensed and conducting business and are advertising their business, I see alot of advertisements out there for companies I do not like or that I do not like their business ethics, but if you start interfering with that then you are stepping on people's First Amendment Rights, whether you like who they represent or not it is a right that all of us have.

Very true, every business has the right to advertise about their business. Whether you like it or not. A very small example, we find all kinds of website in the internet. Google is a reputed search engine. It doesn't imply its own choice. Every person has different opinions on **** websites. But google still keeps them in the search engines and their algos. It doesn't say any business good or bad. It's there because it's a type of business and the product is free to be advertised.

Also, most internet pdls are not licensed to lend in majority of the states. So I doubt they would advertise their internet product, they also do not have the financial portfolio or financial banking to do so.

Yeh! They have to be licensed in the state before advertising in the state. Once they get the legal formalities done, they are free to promote their product. A small example again, take a rat poison or any such thing. It is bad for humans if they take it inside but it is meant for killing rats only. So the product cannot be banned on this note that it can kill humans if they consume it. So everything has a two side.

I've seen Cash Call (with Gary Coleman, that little worm...), Check into Cash and Cash to Go. Anyone else?

Mostly Check Into Cash and Check N Go here. It infuriates me when they act like it is a good thing when someone needs extra money and they come to them. The other day there was a commercial on about a guy who needed an extra $500 to buy his wife the car of her dreams so he went to one of them (can't remember which one) - I know it's a free country and they can advertise all they want but it just makes me so angry!!!!

I know it makes me sick also. But there isn't anything people can do to stop it. They are licensed and if they stopped their ads just think of all the other company ads they would stop, as much as we hate them, as long as they are legit and paying the cash they will keep advertising. On a side note, I am glad to see Gary Coleman back on the small screen! LOL

Check into Cash, Tennessee Title loans, Cash Master all advertise on the radio here. I swear every hour.

Hey Sue, I saw the same dumb commercial where the guy needs the 500 to but the car. I just sit back and thought to myself do you know how much that 500 is gonna cost you? LOL KYSIDE38

I see that "Check N To Cash" all the time. Now I can't get that out of my head! "Check N To Cash" The poeple do the check with their finger and you hear that sound, it's stuck in my head now. Thanks.

What I love is that after Advance America made my life hell while I was paying them off last year, they send me a flyer in the mail inviting me to reloan! I almost called them to tell them what they could do with it...now that's one I HAVE paid off and am I glad!
