I'm in MA. Does anyone know how I would find out the legal interest that can be charged in my state- or if I can find out what is the charges that are legal in my state? (or "processing fees")

Jenga, In MA. payday loans are prohibited. Interest rates on loans are 23 percent plus a 20 administrative fee. Hope this helps KYSIDE38
