Need a loan but don't have enough time at job

I wanted to consolidate my bills and get a loan for $15,000 (which will also be used to refinance my vehicle), but my husband and I were denied because we haven't worked at our currents jobs long enough because we just moved into a new state. My husband has stayed in the same field for 10 years with solid work history... so I didn't know that would hurt us. How can we get a loan? Thanks

There won't be any problems in getting a loan if your credit scores are good. Have you approached any bank in your area? If you can get the loan, there won't be problems in refinancing your vehicle.
Don't take a new loan just for paying your debts. Your debt to income ratio will go higher and you may face difficulties in the future. You can use a consolidation program for this purpose. The payments will be framed according to what you can afford each month and it will be posted directly to your creditor.
You will enjoy the same benefits after taking the consolidation program as compared to taking a new loan. At this stage, I am not supporting taking a new loan because your debts will get multiplied and you may have to pledge your property against the loan. Talk to a debt counselor before making the final decisions. You must be aware about all your options.

We did go to the banks and that was their reasoning behind denying us, so it matters to them at least. Also, we are taking a loan to refinance and cover a 3,000 bill amongst other things and it will be cheaper than what we are paying now. To get the 15,000 loan is actually cheaper than what I'm paying monthly just for my truck. So I know I can afford it

You will figure out that the present payments you are doing to your creditors is much much higher than the plans fixed in the consolidation program. Trust me on that.. You are thinking from one side that $15000 loan will be cheaper for you. Do you know there are other ways also that can help you in saving money besides taking a loan? Well, if I can stress, talk to a debt counselor about the consolidation program. Many options will come open in front of you.
