PDl are against the law in PA.

If these are internet pdls the laws in PA are tricky. Because if the internet pdl is licensed in their home state then they are not operating illegally in PA, so they have not violated any laws. You may still want to contact your AG's office and possibly file a complaint to seek further advice and assistance.

I decided to read up a little about PDl in Pennsylvania and while they are illegal in the state if they are legal in another state then its hard to get to them. I would contact your attorney general office and talk to someone there, tell them what is going on and ask them about your rights as a consumer. Good luck
