how long does it really take to pay off these loans...I got one in July and it is November and they say I still owe them...I thought it was paid already and now all of a sudden I owe $260 more

If these are payday loans, every state has the legal interests and fees. You need to revise with your state laws. Give us some more information about this loan account and how much you have paid till now. Someone will guide you from there.
