do i have to have a bank account to get a loan

Have you established a credit rating and if so do you know what your score is? The first thing you need to do if you are thinking about taking a loan out is to educate yourself about your credit and your score. Having a bank account helps when getting a loan but I don't think it'sa requirement. Please post here and tell us more about what you are trying to do and how you are going about doing it.
