I need to know how much is owed on my loan as I am planning to close my checking account and reopen a new account, I need the balance of what I owe your company so I can pay off early January. This forum and website is not connected to any loan company in any way. If you are looking for a payday loan company's website, please post the name - chances are, we can direct you there so you can work out a payment arrangement with them.

A word of advice, though - do not tell them you are closing your bank account and opening a new one - they will demand to know the new bank account information. And if you give it to them, they will continue to debit THAT account.
