In need of money to pay off outstanding dept

My credit score is dropping by the week. I have a few outstanding bills, about 5 thousand dollars worth. Last year I had to to go to the hospital and ended up loosing my car, apartment, and savings. I do work full time and go to school. I was wondering if I was eligible for a loan without a co-signer. Please contact me with your requirements.
