Licensed loans in Indiana

Tweety - go to http://paydayloaninfo.org and click on "state information" on the left side of the page. Then click on your state on the map that comes up. That will bring up your state's payday loan law info. On that page will be a listing of who to contact to file a complaint. Go to your state's governmental website http://www.indiana.gov and locate the office that was listed on the payday loan law page shown above - you should be able to find a search engine there that will allow you to search for Rt. 66 to see if they hold a lending license in Indiana. I'll bet they don't. Please come back and let us know.

SUEBEEHONEY- Thank you so much for the info. I am searching now to see if they are licensed. So far I'm not finding anything. If anyone knows if Route 66 is licensed for Indiana would they let me know? I'm still searching. Thanks again for the help.

That would help wouldnt it? Sorry about that. The only thing I have for them is it is Route 66 and a phone number 1-877-564-7738. Sorry, that's all I have. I didnt sign any paperwork. They just recorded the origial call. Thanks for your help

Always ask-Who am I speaking with? What is your companies name? Where are you located? with complete mail address, ect. Searching the toll free number you posted now..........

Yes they are. Licensed by the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions. They are licensed as a "Money Transmitter" You can do a search and find them.
