Is E-Z money company legit?

I got an e-mail soliciting a loan from this company called E-Z money loan guide private organization loans.. on t he bottom of it is yesdebtfee.org... like they are associated with this site,, they want funds transfered western union to Nigeria and claim they are legit... I wrote back that I doubted that etc. and got a really snotty e-mail from them threatening to sue me.. any info will probably help others too

This is a SCAM. Absolutely and positively. Write back and tell them you welcome them to attempt suing you. I'll bet they don't write back. Tell them you'll have your lawyer and a few FBI agents waiting to meet them at the courtroom doors.
