i have had this stuff taken out for 4 months. now they are taking out in different amounts not on contract and have over drawn me $400.00 this cannot be legal. they have my number they should have contacted me

They took money out of my account at a different bank even though i filed a stolen identity when this happened to begin with and they told me that it was taken care of. What a bunch of crap. So i just threatened them. I am done with these people.

Someone has to read Ripoffreport.com there are alot of complaints on this company. Their collection tactics are illegal according to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. They are getting away with extortion and this has to stop. They drained my account of 2,000 in less than 2 months with their tactics and now I have to file Chapter 7, and there are literally hundreds of people that they hurt this way. I just can't believe that no one is doing anything about them. This company probably consists of a couple of druggies with internet access.

I got all my email notifications. Balances whenever I called. They were nothing but helpful and stayed to the terms given to me on day one. I can not be the only one with a positive experience on this company.

Ambassador Collections take out money when THEY want to, not when it's convient for the person ( who has the loan). I had them, for a while. Even though they said "they would take out so much every two weeks," ..that din't happen. They tried taking the ENTIRE loan, the very next payday. God...they are horrible!! Let me tell ya.

THEY HAVE TAKEN MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT TWICE ON THE SAME DAY AND SAME AMOUNT MAKING MY ACCOUNT OVER DRAWN BY $300.00 AND THEY NEVER GAVE ME A LOAN :x

i delt with this company. i payed them back though. never had a problem yet.

there has been over $200 taken out of may account in the last 30 days from ambassador that was not authorized I want it returned and I want them to stop taking any more

this company jacked my checking acct too by taking out the second payment early - before my check had even gone in - which overdrew the acct and got a fee from both companies. Then each one (the bank and Ambassador) kept trying to say that the other company should pay the fee b/c it wasn't their problem. Now I have filed chapter 7 and neither is getting cash. ha.
