MY ACCOUNT

Trying to access my account online but its not working it said my social security # needs to have 4 digits and i enter them and it said the same thing.also i suppose to of been able to use my card as of today but when i tried it was declined. why cant i use my card

i have had this card for a monthi have had problems out of it and i have not used it one time what do i do i have payed all my fees
