Poor service of my card company

i am sooo dissappointed in the servics for this card i have had this card a month first the card was lost in the mail then i was sent a new one then my pin was lost in the mail now ive gotta wait a total of 10 more days with no apologies or compensation i just bought a house and need this money but guess what still waiting
