Has anyone dealt with this company for a home modification?

They have got a A+ rating with BBB. You can check it in the following link.

However, do you own research before joining any program.

As a result, we are in foreclosure and we were lead to beleive they were working on our behalf. They advised us not to call our lender, but when we actually did, the lender has no record of them ever contacting them on our behalf. We are now facing the possibility of losing our home and being homeless thanks to them! BEWARE ! ! !

We signed up with Amerihope but they could not get our lender to modify our loan. The bank's response was, we were current on our payments so they refuse to modify this loan. We signed up with Amerihope with hopes to lower our monthly note so we don't fall behind. We went into this loan without knowing all the detail of the contract, this is our fault, we may eventually fall behind on our loan. Good luck with your request.

If you are not behind, you will not get a modification...so if you're talking with a company who tells you otherwise (or neglects to tell you at all), they are not working in your best interests. Our company does loan modifications, but the first thing I tell any prospect is exactly that.
