Does anyone know if I would be able to take legal action against BOA/Countrywide for taking an unauthorized amount of $ out of my account. I did an electronic check over the phone and the girl processed the check for more $ than what I wrote the check for.
I am trying to find out if I can any sort of legal action against them for doing this.

Hope they would cooperate, but if they don't let them know that you're going to file complaint against their action with the Attorney General's office.
